My work is exploring symbols and making beautiful & interesting things. Digital art carries energy in pixels. Enjoy work magic🪄Elizabeth

Finding a way to describe my mindset has been hard Finding a way to describe my mindset has been hard. Especially after a Zen-spiced fire shot through the practicalities of my life, claiming much of my livelihood and my sense of self too.Articulating states of being and the mechanics of creativity seems now, my calling. I used to make things because it occupied my time, then did so in school for grades, then did so in cities for galleries, then did so for pay while promoting others’ agendas and livelihoods (and it was all good).NowI make things to save the world, by making a world out of the blank space within me via art & writing. My work emerges from nothingness inside, and is triggered by nature, memory, or body knowledge.I make things that include engagement of my heart, my mind, and that which comes in from elsewhere. The wholeness of the process, my concentration while making things, helps me hear life better and stay sane.Putting out a few coherent words — or piece of art— to you is one of the most gratifying things I do each day.🛟🛟 Follow my journey “from zero to sixty” by signing up for my weekly dispatch at emmpress.com - link in bio#writer #artist #multidisciplinary #creativemindset
