Silly pop culture references > the news

What more do I need to say?  If you have found yourself watching the news every day, and have even a whiff of a sensitive nature, then you may feel terrible. Perhaps even devastatingly so.

So today, I’m offering a silly pop culture reference: a super sappy 1970’s radio love ballad. Yes, I actually like this stuff, though no one else I know does. Names like Seals & Crofts or England Dan & John Ford Coley are the kinds of monikers some fluffy-haired sensitive swingers had, the time I discovered music for myself and would imbibe for hours on 1970s AM radio.

And this stuff makes me feel… well, better.

And if you need a boost, find a song you first discovered between the ages of say 7 – 11 years old and treat yourself to some peace of mind and fine times. Carry on fine friends and keep it fluffy.
